Filtering cartridges

The production range of filtering cartridges has a wide variety of diameters, from 100 mm to 660 mm, widths up to 2000 mm.
The filtering surfaces are very high compared to traditional filter bags.
The most evident characteristics of our filter cartridges are: fast assembly, careful construction, low consumption of compressed air for cleaning and competitive prices.
Each filtering element can be equipped with over 100 models of fastening flanges.

ALTAIR uses only top quality filtering media, such as: Polyester, Polypropylene, Cellulose and all certified by the German IFA-BGIA Institute.
The wide range of finishing treatments includes Teflon-coating, waterproofing, oil-proofing, flame-retarding, anti-static coating, etc.

Our filter cartridge production process is characterized maximum flexibility.
Each of our department uses state-of-the-art machines, and the productive processes is optimised on a daily basis.
We have on site all the machines necessary to manufacture a complete filter cartridges.

The notice is exclusively provided for Altair Industrial Filters Srl’s institutional website, with the exclusion of other websites which may be browsed by the user by using links which are included in Altair website pages. Information systems and programs used to operate the site collect a few personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Although they are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, these are types of information which, by their nature, could allow the identification of users through processing and associations with data held by third parties.
This category of data comprises IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code showing the status of the answer given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
	•	Data Provided Willingly by the User (article 4, point 1 of the Regulation EU)
In order to navigate through the site no personal data granting from the user is required. However, the discretionary, explicit and voluntary email sending to the addresses indicated on this site or the use of the section “Contact Us” implies the acquisition of the sender’s address and of users’ data entered, which are necessary to follow up on the requests submitted.

	•	Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for navigation data processing (point 2, section a) is to pursue the Data Controller’s legitimate interests in connection with management of the Site. Such data are used to the purpose of:
	•	making it possible to access and navigate through the site;
	•	collecting data and information exclusively in aggregate and anonymous form in order to check the proper functioning of the site;
	•	collecting data and information in order to protect the safety of the website (spam filters, firewalls, detection of viruses) and of users;
	•	obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site.
In the case of computer-related crimes committed to the detriment of the Site, navigation data could also be used to assess responsibilities.
Data which are provided willingly by the user (point 2, section b) through contact forms of this site (section “Contact Us”) or through spontaneous email sending to such contacts, are processed for the sole purpose of following up with interested parties and rendering the required services with the inclusion of managing any application which was willingly sent by the user. Such data will be processed by the Data Controller both in electronic format and, possibly, in paper form. It is specified that common data and any “special data” (if communicated) only will be processed. Data provided will not be transferred to third parties without obtaining the interested parties’ prior genuine and unambiguous consent to such processing.

	•	How Data Are Processed 
The processing of the user’s personal data is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and is carried out by means of manual systems and/or IT tools, with organisational systems for the purposes for which such data are processed, and in order to protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of data as well as interested parties’ rights, pursuant to the Regulation EU (especially as concerns articles 24, 32 and 35). 
Technical and organisational safety measures have been taken in order to protect data from destruction or loss, even an accidental one, and from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Data processing can be carried out with or without resorting to electronic – or in any case automated – tools.

	•	Data Communication
Besides the Data Controller, in some cases data could also be accessed by individuals inside Altair Industrial Filters Srl (administrative staff, sales staff, etc.) who are allowed to process data for the purposes of the processing itself.
Data collected can also be communicated to external entities and individuals (such as third party providers of technical services, hosting providers, IT companies) operating on behalf of Altair Industrial Filters Srl, and according to Altair instructions. However, this will be exclusively done in connection with activities strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes (for example, in order to ensure operational capability of the Internet service as well as management of the IT and electronic system).

	•	Data Retention Period 
Navigation data (point 2, section a) will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, for a period of time not to exceed the time necessary for the purpose of their collection.
The Data Controller will process the data which are willingly provided by the user (point 2, section b) for the time which is strictly necessary to provide the service required and no later than 30 days.

	•	Personal Data Granting 
Navigation data which are collected based on this Data Processing Notice (point 2, section a) are strictly functional to the IT management of the site. 
Granting of personal data which are willingly provided (point 2, section b) is optional and exclusively aimed to follow up on users’ requests. Therefore, in the event of non-granting of the necessary data, Altair Industrial Filters Srl cannot follow up on such requests.

	•	Data Storage Location
Personal data will be stored at the Data Controller’s places of business and in those places within the European Union where parties involved in the processing are located. 

	•	Interested Parties’ Rights
The user can exercise certain rights in connection with data processed by the Data Controller. More specifically, pursuant to article 15 of the Regulation EU, the user has the right to:
	•	access personal data (the user has the right to obtain information on data processed by the Controller, as well as on certain aspects of such data processing, and to obtain a copy of processed data);
	•	check and request an amendment to personal data (the user can check whether his/her own data are right and request an update or amendment to such data);
	•	obtain the erasure of personal data (the user can request the Data Controller to erase his/her own data under specific conditions);
	•	obtain the restriction of personal data processing (the user can request the restriction of his/her own data under specific conditions. In such an event, the Data Controller will exclusively process data for the purpose of their retention);
	•	obtain personal data portability (the user has the right to receive his/her own data in structured format, in common use, in machine-readable form and, where this is technically viable, to obtain the unhindered transfer of such data to another owner. Such a provision can be implemented when data are processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the user’s consent, on a contract the user is part of, or on contractual related measures);
	•	lodge a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Authority Guarantor) or bring the matter to the attention of the judicial authorities.

	•	How to Exercise One’s Rights
The user can exercise his/her right at any time by:
